60-Min Talk It Out Session

🌀 You don’t need a plan. You just need a moment to be heard.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your symptoms, or just need to process what’s going on in your body or life — this space is for you.

💬 What’s Included:

  • 1 private coaching session with YaShaun

  • No intake forms or assessments — come as you are

  • Sessions are virtual

  • Recorded sessions replay
  • Space to reflect, release, and receive body-conscious support


🧠 Who This Is For:

  • You’re feeling disconnected, in pain, or overloaded

  • You don’t want a full coaching plan (yet), but you do need support

  • You want a safe space to think out loud, cry it out, or gain clarity

  • You’re curious about coaching but not ready for a full commitment

A 5-minute grace period is offered. After that, the session may be marked late ($7 late fee). After 15-20 minutes, your session is considered a no-show (fee: $15) and your session is cancelled.
